News from this Network (Shuxin Yang) In order to better understand the digital economy and integrate it into the development of digital economy in our province, School of Information Engineering invited Professor Xiaoguang Yang of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to give an academic report entitled "The Internal Logic of Digital Economy" on the morning of September 22. The President of the School of Information Engineering Shuxin Yang, Vice President Zhonghui Xu and Chundong Xu, some teachers and representative of postgraduates attended the meeting. The report was held online and hosted by President Shuxin Yang.
In the report, Professor Xiaoguang Yang explained the digital economy from the aspects of the generation and evolution of traditional economy, the importance of data in digital economy, the dissemination of knowledge, the characteristics of digital economy platform, and the change of information technology to energy and environment. He summarized the internal mechanism of the digital economy and the economic output function of the digital economy as well as the design evolution law of the digital economy. Meanwhile, he pointed out the core technologies and new tools of the digital economy. The report ended with a question interaction session. Professor Xiaoguang Yang gave detailed answers to various questions raised by teachers and students, which benefited them a lot and made them deeply realized the importance of information technology.
