News from this Network (Ruxia Wang, Naiwei Liu) On the morning of December 2nd, Yubin Zhou, deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office of our School, Jing Xiao, deputy Dean of the School of International Education, and Yuqi Liao visited our school to check the progress of students' graduation project (thesis) and listen to the school's opinions and suggestions on the cultivation of international undergraduates. Dean Shuxin Yang , Vice Dean Chundong Xu , Professor Hong Lan and Associate Professor Jian Zheng who are in charge of international student work participated in the research discussion, which was presided over by Dean Shuxin Yang.
At the beginning of the meeting, Shuxin Yang , on behalf of the school, warmly welcomed all the leaders and teachers to come to our school for investigation and inspection. Then, Dean Shuxin Yang, Professor Hong Lan and Associate Professor Jian Zheng gave a detailed explanation on the graduation thesis format of international students, the sampling of papers, the training plan of international students, the completion of the thesis and the class performance. Chundong Xu also reported the difficulties in the work. He pointed out that the school will strive to overcome the problem of faculty shortage, increase support for the recruitment and training of international students, and the school will further do a good job in graduation project (thesis) and talent training. He hopes the school's academic affairs office and the International Education Institute will give more support in terms of policies and teaching conditions.
Jing Xiao affirmed the achievements of international student training in our hospital and responded to relevant questions. Jing Xiao pointed out that the college should give full play to the advantages of education, strictly comply with the requirements of the school's international student enrollment and training work, fully integrate internal and external resources, "point to point" connect with the international student graduation link, guide students and instructors to actively communicate, make joint efforts to do the graduation thesis work well and practical.
Yubin Zhou put forward valuable suggestions on graduation project (thesis) work. He proposed that the school should strictly follow the relevant requirements of the school's graduation thesis work, from the topic selection of the thesis, proposal, mid-term inspection, examination, graduation defense and paper sampling and other aspects of the check. He hoped that the Academic Affairs Office and the school would work together to maintain a rigorous, standardized and solid working attitude and do a good job in this year's graduation project (thesis).
